Gate Integrations

Storable Easy can integrate with the gate software listed below. Once you have one of the following gate software programs downloaded on your computer, call our Support Team at (888) 958-5967 to set up a screenshare and connect your gate program to Storable Easy. It typically takes no more than 20 minutes.

Gate Settings

To access your Gate settings, select the Setup tab and click Gate from the dropdown menu.

Automatic lockout threshold: The number of days a customer can have a balance on their account before the software locks them out. The number in the automatic lock threshold should be two less than the day you would like it to post. For example, If you want someone to be locked out on the 6th day after the due date, you will put a 4 in the lockout threshold. (This can be used even if there is not a gate connected as a reminder to double lock units).

Allow Duplicate Gate Keys: Check this box if you want to use the same set of numbers across multiple units. If this is not checked, it will NOT allow you to use the same gate key in more than one unit, unless the units are rented to the same customer.

Many gate software systems will not function with duplicate codes.

Manual approval for lockouts: When checked, customers will remain on the automatic lockouts report until they are manually approved.

Automatic auction Lockout Date: When checked, allows a custom auction date to be set for new customer lockouts. By default, the auction date for locked-out customers is set to 1 month in the future.

To enter gate codes: Go to Units > List View > click on each unit > click on edit > enter the gate key > update.
