The Occupancy Report shows your current occupancy.
To access the report:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the Reports tab.
3. Click Occupancy under the Accounting/Financials column.
The statistics include unavailable units in the calculations. As with other reports, this one can be printed or downloaded using the buttons in the top-right corner. 
Economic occupancy is calculated by dividing the rental's current rate by the corresponding unit type's price. Products and fees are not included.
Area occupancy is calculated by dividing the occupied square footage by the total square footage, including units marked as Unavailable.
