On the Gate Setup page, you can open or close your gate in your Storable Easy software.
Go to your Gate Settings page under Setup > Gate.
Clicking Open will be immediate, but clicking Close will pause your gates timer at the close setting. (If your gate timer is set to 30 seconds, it will revert to that time.)
When using the Open command on this page, the gate will remain open until you click the Close command. If you open the software, you should close the software.
