Follow these steps to allow customers to make reservations on your website.
Before You Begin: Check Your Payments
To see the "Rent Unit" button on your website, you must have a credit card processing company connected to your account. If you haven't set up credit card processing yet, the button will stay hidden even after you follow the steps below.
Enable Online Reservations
1. Click the Website dropdown and select Pages.
2. Find the Rent Storage page and click Edit.
3. Scroll down and click Edit next to Available unit types.
4. Choose what you would want customers to be able to do online (rent, reserve, be added to a waiting list if that sized unit is not available, or tell them to contact you).
5. Click Update at the bottom of the page.
6. On your website, you will now see a Reserve button on the rental page.
