When setting up a your internal usersi under Setup > Users & Roles, you can assign the Sales Associate Role to users. Sales Associates will have limited access to the software and will not be able able to see all the features available to Managers.

Automatic Permissions
The following permissions will apply to all users with the Sales Associate role:
Renting or Reserving a Unit
Print out a tenant's billing history(Sales Associates cannot edit the billing history)
Adding Notes to a Customer Profile
Taking a Payment
Setting up or Editing Recurring Billing Information
Editing the Move-in Date
Removing a Lock Out
Editing the Customer Profile

Changing or Adding Gate Access

Optional permissions
Sales Associates can be given a number of optional permissions. To edit these settings, click Users & Roles from the Setup menu. |
Click Sales Associate Settings.
Billing History Permissions
Select which Billing History actions Sales Associates can take.
Allow Sales Associates to issue refunds
Allow Sales Associates to void line items to grant void or refund permissions.
Add credits
Reports Permissions
Select which reports Sales Associates should be able to view.

Next Bill Due
Rental Transfers
Undelivered Notifications
Customer Notes
Customer Activity Permissions
Select which customer activities Sales Associates have access to.
Edit Notes: If Edit Notes is checked, Sales Associates will see the Edit | Delete options when viewing notes on the Tenant Page.
Access Control Permissions
If you use Storable Access Control, you can give Sales Associates the following permissions.
View the Access Code report
Assign Gate Access Codes from the customer profile page
View the Gate Activity Log
Open/close gate: If Open/Close the gate is checked, Sales Associates will see the Gate Access Control module on the Gate Settings page:
Assign Gate Groups: When Assign Gate Groups is checked, Sales Associates will see a Gate Group section on the tenant Gate Access page:
Save your selections
Click Save when you are done editing Sales Associate permissions. These permissions will apply to all users with the Sales Associate user role.
Restrictions
Sales Associates will not have access to the following:
Editing/Deleting Customer Notes
Editing/Voiding Billing History items unless they have been given access as shown above
Adding a Credit Without Payment to an account.
Editing the Payment Structure of a Customer (Applying Discounts, Changing Monthly Price, Next Invoice Date)
Making Changes to the Website
Viewing or Pulling Reports they haven't been given access to
Viewing or Pulling the Cloud Access Control Gate Activity Log
Changing any overall billing settings
Can not make prepayments for multiple months
