If a tenant has a credit card saved on file for recurring billing, the card will be charged the monthly rent on the due date. If you have a recurring fee set up on that tenant account, it will also be charged to the card on file if you have selected to have the recurring fee billed to that card. No other charges will be automatically billed to the card on file.
Follow the steps below to access the Recurring Billing section and, if needed, make changes to a tenant's card on file.
1. Log in to your Storable Easy account.
2. Click the Customers tab.
3. Locate and click on the customer's name to pull up their account.
4. Click the Recurring Billing button at the top of the profile.

Once you're on the Recurring Billing page, you can edit the card information, pause the next payment, add a new payment account, or offset the billing if your customer requires a due date outside your policy due date (typically the 1st of every month).
