How do my customers enter their billing information for recurring billing?

Customers can enter their billing information in their tenant portal by following the directions below.

1. Your customer needs to sign in through your website by clicking Make a Payment/Login.

2. Direct them to the Recurring Billing tab.

3. They can add a payment account themselves by clicking Add Payment Account. They'll also be able to pause or edit any card already on file.


Note: Customers can only edit this information if Customers Can Edit Billing Information box is checked under Setup and Settings.
