If a customer wants to change which notices they receive or their contact method, you can adjust their settings by following the steps below.
1. Go to your customer's profile.
2. In the Customer Information section, click the Notification Preferences button.

3. The pop-up will show you the current setting that a customer has selected on their account. You can then click Edit Notification Preferences to customize which notifications (and their types) your customer receives.
* Note, if you are not able to select a notification or contact method because the section is grayed out, that is because you haven't turned on that notification.
