The Occupancy History Report is not a historical rent roll. Rather, the report is designed to give a statistical breakdown of percentage occupancy so owners can see at a glance how their facility is performing.
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the Reports tab.
3. Click Occupancy History under the Accounting/Financials column.
Pay attention to the italicized text above each table. The italicized text explains how the numbers are generated.
