Storable Easy customers located in Canada have two options for payment processing: Moneris or Authorize.net
Below is the information Storable Easy Support needs to integrate the payment processing account.
To integrate either of the payment processors, you will go to Setup - Payment Process - choose Moneris or Auth.net and enter the information listed below.
Moneris
You will need the following information from Moneris:
API Token - This must be requested directly; it is not available in your Moneris account.
Store/Site ID - This always starts with gwca
Authorize.net
To successfully integrate Auth.net, the Auth.net account has to be an e-commerce/card-not-present account. It cannot be set up as a retail or card-present account.
To enter your Authorize.net payment gateway, you will need to get an API Login and API Password. To get these two numbers, follow these instructions:
How do I obtain my API Login ID and Transaction Key?
To obtain the API Login ID and Transaction Key:
Log in to the Merchant Interface.
Click Account from the main toolbar.
Click Settings in the main left-side menu.
Click API Credentials & Keys.
-
Select New Transaction Key.
Note: When obtaining a new Transaction Key, you may choose to disable the old Transaction Key by checking the box labeled "Disable Old Transaction Key Immediately." You may want to do this if you suspect your previous Transaction Key is being used fraudulently.
Click Submit to continue.
Request and enter PIN for verification.
Your new Transaction Key is displayed.
If the Disable Old Transaction Key Immediately box is not checked, the old Transaction Key will automatically expire in 24 hours. When the box is checked, the Transaction Key expires immediately.
They may also want confirmation of the secure checkout. If so, you can provide them with the following screenshots.

If you are currently using Authorize.net and have a new transaction key, please send the API Login ID and NEW Transaction Key to Storable Easy Support so the software can be re-integrated with the updated information.
If you use the same Authorize.net account for multiple locations, please let our Support Team know so they can update all locations with the new transaction key.
