Follow the instructions below to connect your Namecheap domain to your Storable Easy software.
Note: You must contact our support team by sending an email to easysupport@storable.com once you finish these steps. We need to enter your domain URL into our system for your website to go live.
1. Sign in to Namecheap.com.
2. Click Domain List.
3. Find the domain you want to use and click Manage.
4. Click Advanced DNS at the top of the page.
5. You can either directly edit the host records or, if you need to create one (for the CNAME), you can click Add New Record.
6. The CName record should look like the one pictured below (www as the host and aws.storageunitsoftware.com as the value). Click the check mark to save it.
7. Add a URL Redirect record. Put @ in the host and permanent 301.
8. Click Save All Changes (if you've been clicking the green check marks, you may not need to do this step).
9. Please email easysupport@storable.com to provide Storable Easy with your domain and let us know that you have completed these steps.
