You can use the Website tab to customize your site and improve its performance for your customers. Below is a guide to the basic tools you will use.
Pages
Your software comes with four standard pages. You can create more by clicking Add Page or Clone an existing page to make a copy.
When you edit or create a page, you will see these fields:
Title: This is the name used inside the software to help you stay organized. Customers cannot see this.
Slug: This is the end of the website address for that specific page. For example, if the slug is login, the address will end in /login, such as https://www.yourdomainname.storageunitsoftware.com/login.
Tab Name: This is the name that appears on your website menu. Your customers will see this, so choose a clear name like Contact Us or About Our Facility.

Meta Keywords and Description: These help search engines like Google find your site. They are not required but are helpful for marketing.
Footer Button: If you check this, a link to this page will appear at the bottom of every page on your site.
Login Form Link: This adds a link on your login page that sends customers to this new page.
Widgets
Widgets are the building blocks used to design your pages. You can use them to add maps, photos, or lists of available units.
To add a widget, go to your Website tab and select Pages.
Click Edit next to the page you want to change.

Scroll to the bottom to see your Current Widgets. To add something new, scroll down to the Add a Widget dropdown menu.

Under the Add a Widget drop-down, you will see the different widgets available, including a Google map, an image carousel, and available unit types. Select the widget you wish to include on your page, and click Add.

In the example below, the three-column widget has multiple titles. The Widget Title is large and covers about 2/3 the screen. The Section Title is smaller and hovers just above the content section.
The content area is the meat of your message—where you type your paragraphs or insert images, videos, etc. There are some tools, as shown below, for editing text and adding hyperlinks. The far-right box, as shown below, is an HTML section that displays your content in HTML format. You can paste embedded code into this section for videos, maps, weather stickers, etc.
Make a payment/login button
To add or remove the Login button on your site, go to the Website tab and click Settings.

Scroll down to the Images & Text section and ensure there is text entered in the Login button text field. You can change the default wording to something other than "Make a Payment/Login."
