To disable/enable notifications for a customer, follow these steps:
1. Go to the customer's profile.
2. Click Notification Preferences (located in the bottom right of the Customers Information section).
3. Click Edit to the right of Notification Preferences.
4. Check or uncheck the boxes for email and text for each notification type.
Automatic notifications can be disabled or enabled only if the automatic notification template is enabled.
Late/Lien notifications can be disabled or enabled only for Late/Lien rules that have an email, text, or letter enabled.
5. Click Update Notification Preferences.
