Digital Wallet Payments

Storable EasyStorable Payments

Digital Wallet payments are available to customers using Storable Payments powered by Stripe. Your payment options may not include Digital Wallet at this time.

Digital Wallet (Apple Pay and Google Pay) payments are supported on the Storable Websites and the Storable Online Move-In experience with Storable Payments.

See the online Digital Wallet payment experience for customers reserving or moving in online below:

  1. When making a payment, the customer will see available payment methods, including Digital Wallet, in the Payment Method dropdown menu.

  1. They will see available digital wallet payment types (Apple Pay and/or Google Pay).

Customers will only see the payment buttons that match their device and browser. Apple Pay requires a Safari browser on a Mac or iPhone. Google Pay requires a compatible browser, such as Chrome. Both buttons will show up side by side if the customer uses a Mac browser in the United States.

If you charge a surcharge fee, it will be applied to the total due and shown to the customer before they complete the payment.

  1. The customer will select their desired payment method and click Pay Now to submit the payment.

  1. They will see a success message if the payment is approved.

  1. Payments will be shown in Storable Easy as usual.
