Move-out Receipt Settings
You can have the software automatically email or text your customer their Move Out Receipt. Follow the steps below to enable or disable this feature.
1) Log in to your account
2) Click the Email, Txt, & Print tab
3) Click the Templates sub-tab
4) Click the Move Out Receipt link
5) Scroll down to "Email Options" or "Text Message Options"
6) Click the box to enable or if you want to disable this feature then make sure the box is unchecked
7) Click the Save button if any changes have been made
You're also able to adjust the text as well. You can customize it to your business and policies.
