How do I make it so a person cannot rent a unit online if his card is rejected?
If someone goes to rent a unit online, and his/her card is rejected, they may still be rented the unit unless you change a setting in the software. To make it so a person cannot rent a unit without a valid credit card:
1. Log in to your software.
2. Hover over the Setup tab and select Settings.
3. Scroll down to the Other section, and uncheck the Save Unpaid Customer Rentals.
4. Be sure to click the Update Settings button when you are done.
