Collections Report

The collections report lists everyone who has an outstanding balance (they owe you money).  By default, the report shows customers with the highest balance in descending order.

1. Log in to your account from your website.

2. Hover your mouse over the Reports tab, and select "All Reports" or "Accounting/Financials" (either will take you to the next page).

3. Click the Collections link under the Accounting/Financials column.

4. You can work directly from the report page, or you can print the report to more easily facilitate collecting rent.  To print the report, simply click the "Format for Printing" at the top right of the screen. If you would like to sort the information before printing/using it, continue reading.
5. By default, the collections report is sorted by outstanding balance, with whoever owes the most at the top. However, there are a variety of other sort options as you can see below.   Just m ake sure you click save after selecting a filter!
6. " Days Behind" Field
In the example search below, I've sorted the data by customers who are between 5 and 10 days due. If you want to see all customers who are outstanding, leave these fields blank.
7. "Filter" Dropdown Field
From this dropdown, you can sort the list by further information. For instance, if you want to see who is past due and also "locked out" or who is past due on "recurring billing," you can sort those fields here.
8. "Sort" Dropdown Field
The "sort" dropdown is self explanatory. Use it to filter your collections report by name (alphabetically), outstanding balance, lock out date, etc.
9.  "25 Per Page" Dropdown Field
This dropdown controls how many customers show up on your page. Hopefully, you won't need to use this field often!
